Lloyd Ledet

Mr. Ledet is a 38-year veteran of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management industry (RCM) with concentrated experience in Accounts Receivables Management (ARM) & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO).  A current Board Member of CBS and Goodwill Industries of Kentucky, and former Board Member of Bon Secours Mercy Health.

As President & CEO, he oversees all executive and operational management for Credit Bureau Systems, Inc. (CBS).  Prior to joining CBS, Mr. Ledet served as EVP of CustomerSpeak/Vision Financial with oversight of domestic and nearshore centers.  His largest project utilized 250 FTE domestically to support The Massachusetts Health Connector.

Prior that engagement, Mr. Ledet spent almost a decade at IC System as Managing Vice President where he sold/managed several large-scale Healthcare & Financial Service projects.

Mr. Ledet began his career with GC Services as General Manager of Operations. At the time, GC Services was recognized as the largest collection agency in the nation.  In 1986, he became their youngest GM/branch manager in history in San Diego, CA.  As a recently transferred Texan, he quickly improved operations and won a series of awards multiple times including: “Manager/Office (2)/Division Of The Year,” and his employees won “Collectors Of The Year” multiple times.  This led to being asked to manage three Southern California locations before transferring back to headquarters in Houston, TX where he assumed management of enterprise print operations & non-governmental sales. In total, he served eleven years while managing all relations for two top 10 clients before departing.

Michael Lavender

Michael Lavender

Mr. Lavender is a 11-year veteran of the Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) & Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industries. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who holds a Master of Accountancy from the University of Alabama and Bachelor of Accounting from the University of West Alabama.

As CFO, he oversees all Financial & Accounting for within Credit Bureau Systems and its operating divisions.

Prior to joining CBS, he served as Audit Manager for Crowe LLP, one of the largest public accounting, consulting, and technology firms in the nation. He audited M&A transactions while at Crowe, and leads M&A efforts at CBS In 2022, he was selected to serve as Ambulance Financial Officer to represent the EMS industry by Page Wolfberg & Wirth LLC (PWW) and the National Academy of Ambulance Compliance (NAAC).

Mr. Lavender continues to provide integral operational support and management depth for Ambulance Medical Billing (AMB), our EMS billing & consulting operating division. He coordinates sales activity, client pricing, vendor negotiations, and financial recovery for this important CBS division.

Mr. Rich assists with administration of all Information Technology and Telecommunication functions for Credit Bureau Systems. He has over 26 years of experience in Information Technologies and Telecommunications with a proven track record of troubleshooting, research and development, planning, client fulfillment, and designing network and system infrastructure. Prior to joining CBS, he was director for a team of network and system engineers for a top 50 Managed Service Provider (MSP) with responsibility for hundreds of diverse service clients and critical infrastructure. He is known for cultivating strong business relationships, customer service skills, and technical acumen.

Rachel Rea

Director of Compliance

Mrs. Leigh leads Compliance for all Divisions. She holds multiple degrees including a Juris Doctorate. She is a member of and certified through several professional organizations including: Healthcare Financial Management Association, ACA, and IA Compliance Professionals. Her team provides HIPAA oversight, policy training, telephone monitoring, biller/collector certifications, and internal audit functions. Specialty client trainings have been provided on UDAAP and 501r compliance as our Compliance team continually works to educate and resolve challenging regulatory issues impacting the healthcare services community.
